To fund the Middle School Indoor Rowing League- a chance for middle schools in Lawrence to enjoy the physical and developmental benefits of rowing during the school year when sports opportunities are limited.

| Lazarus House Ministries |
Through programs of transitional housing, life skills and job training, Lazarus House provides parents with the support and skills they require to create a stable and nurturing environment for their children. Merrimack Valley General Fund will provide support for Lazarus House's job training/work preparation and life skills workshops for guests participating in our transitional housing program. |

| Neighbors in Need |
Support for food pantry operations. Neighbors in Need is currently providing groceries to close to 600 families a week at our pantries. The demand for food has increased dramatically in the past year due to the current economic crisis which has had such a devastating impact on the families that we serve. |
