The EBSCO Publishing
Grants Resource Center
at ECCF in partnership with Associated Grant Makers
The Grants Resource Center (GRC) provides information and access to grant seeking databases that help nonprofits locate new sources of funding. Data sources included at the GRC are Associated Grant Makers (AGM) Directory, as well as the Foundation Center’s Foundation Directory Online.
- AGM’s Grant Makers Directory consists of in-depth data on 400 funders that grant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Visitors can search by five types of indices to help narrow their search.
- The Foundation Directory Online and new Power Tool is an international database allowing you to search over 100,000 foundations, corporate donors, and grant-making public charities. The database is powerful and user friendly and has 54 search fields including the capability to use keywords to search for types of programs funded. It also includes listings of over 2.4 million recent grants, over half a million trustee, officer, and donor names, over 700,000 IRS 990s and more.
The GRC is located at ECCF's office in Danvers, MA and is available by appointment only Monday through Friday (except holidays) 10am - 5pm. Beginning in May, extended hours will be available every Thursday until 7 pm. Starting in September, we will offer hours one Saturday per month.
The GRC is a service coordinated by ECCF in partnership with AGM and sponsored by EBSCO Publishing for the benefit of the nonprofit community and is offered free of charge. The GRC is available for nonprofit staff, grant writers, fund holders, foundation staff and development consultants. It is not available for searching grants to individuals or for-profit businesses.
