Discretionary Funds
If you want to make a general donation to the areas greatest needs, then you may direct your contribution to our own Discretionary Endowment Fund. A volunteer committee of community representatives establishes annual priorities based on need and reviews grant proposals. We are committed to maintaining a balance of representatives based on geography and experience, so that we may advise the most ECCF has established a discretionary endowment fund.
If you want to name a fund that will be used to provide grants in general areas of need, you can name your fund and designated it to be used for general grants.
